Welcome back to another edition of my Startup Notes, where I peel back the wrapper on our journey in snack innovation. Just a little heads up - we like to keep a few recipes secret, so while I'm excited to share our progress and what we've learned, some ingredients will remain under wraps!

As you know, we've been diving into the flavorful world of healthy snacks. We recently ran a survey with a focus group that represents our target audience. We've run the numbers, and we're seeing some interesting trends emerge.

Our audience has made it clear they have a taste for healthier snacks. We're seeing a lot of interest in low-sugar, low-carb, and organic options. This comes as no surprise - everyone wants to munch guilt-free, right?

But there's a twist: Our audience is craving flavors that resonate with their roots. They're after that nostalgic taste of home, with a healthier twist.

So, how do we go from all this rich data to a bag of crunchy, crave-worthy snacks? That's the golden question and where the culinary magic happens.

Finding a Base

The first stage is understanding the base for our product. We're considering a variety of options, each with its unique benefits. Some might surprise you!

Beyond the base, we're exploring a whole pantry of exciting ingredients. Think, unique flavor profiles, and even some unexpected additions that not only add to the taste but also pack a nutritional punch.

The journey to create the perfect healthy snack is far from over, and we're learning and tasting as we go. It's all about trial and error, and of course, a whole lot of fun.

Can't wait to share more snackable updates with you soon. Keep your eyes peeled for the next edition of Startup Notes!
