Today, I spent some time searching for a tool that can bring all of my inboxes (Slack, Asana, Messenger) into one place. The volume of incoming communication has been increasing, so I want a streamlined way to check them all at once in order to batch tasks and leave more time for deep thinking.

Lesson learned:

  • Color code your notes to easily distinguish between your own thoughts and those of others. I'm using the highlight color red.

I've been experimenting with Chat GPT over the last few nights and the results have been impressive. Some questions I asked it include:

  • If I want to travel the world to watch WWE events while remaining productive in my work, what could that look like?
  • How can I integrate Asana and Things into a seamless workflow?
  • How can I share my existing daily notes online in a way that documents my entrepreneurial journey?

One process it suggested was to leverage the work I've already done by posting my archive of notes as blog posts, categorizing them by month on my blog. There is a lot of content and lessons in these notes that could also be turned into TikTok videos.

Exciting news:

I'm excited to share that I've been asked to be interviewed for Voyage LA's "hidden gems" feature.
